Packaging
As soon as payment has been received, the baby gift bundle you have purchased is wrapped up similar to the baby bundle the stork delivers in the traditional image of a new born baby being delivered. This is then placed in a Newbub4u shipping box and filled with protective filler to ensure safe shipping.
Carrier & Shipping method
Your order is sent within 24 hours of payment being received.
All of our orders are delivered by reputable courier companies. Newbub4u is happy to arrange express delivery for an additional fee of $20. Please note that most patients who have had a normal delivery are only in hospital for 2-3 days.
With regards to the Express Delivery option, next day delivery is guaranteed provided that the order and payment is received by 11am (AEST) on the day preceeding the requested delivery date. Express Delivery is only available to major metropolitan cities.
All deliveries are to be signed for at their destination point
Should there be any extraordinary delays in our handling of your order, we will contact you to keep you informed. Should you be unhappy with the delay, we will refund all monies we have billed and cancel the order.
Transaction Currency
All prices given are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Payment is required in Australian Dollars.
Shipping Costs
For Australian deliveries outside of Newbub4u's Standard delivery area, the postcode you enter on the delivery address will automatically generate a Shipping surcharge based on the delivery area. This surcharge is clearly identified on your order before you accept and authorise payment. This surcharge is separate to the Express Delivery Charge. Should you require an Express Delivery to an area outside of the Standard Delivery area, both the Shipping Surcharge and the Express Delivery charge will be invoiced.

Orders from outside of Australia
We request that all orders from overseas are paid for via credit card.
For delivery within Australia - these will be shipped as per normal pricing and shipping policies
For delivery outside Australia - we ask that you contact us via the email address on the contact page and we will in turn contact you to arrange shipment and confirm pricing.
Returns
Where any of our products are not satisfactory, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange for exchange or refund. We stand by the Newbub4u brand and would like to assure all customers that their feedback is dealt with appropriately. Please keep in mind that we will need purchase details for verification. Also, we will not exchange or refund in the case of wilful damage, nor where colour choice for clothing is concerned.
